The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take end‑to‑end ownership of the Cast mobile app—elevating every interaction across onboarding, cards, payments, savings, referrals, and core banking flows. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ship designs that are fast, intuitive, compliant, and unmistakably premium.

This role is based in Singapore (relocation supported). Expect high velocity, high ownership, and the opportunity to create an award‑winning product used by millions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for mission‑critical user journeys (KYC → activation → first spend).
• Transform complex on‑chain actions, compliance steps, FX, and fees into simple, elegant experiences.
• Build and evolve a world‑class design system that supports rapid iteration.
• Prototype quickly in Figma, test with users, and iterate using data, funnels, and A/B tests.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with Product & Engineering from MVP scoping to final QA to ensure flawless execution.
• Set the creative bar across UI, UX, motion, and polish—your work becomes the benchmark.

What You Bring

• 6 years + designing standout consumer mobile apps; fintech, payments, challenger banks, or top‑tier product companies (e.g. Google, Meta, Uber).
• Strong systems thinking—component libraries, tokens, motion, responsive heuristics.
• Deep Figma expertise and folio of pixel‑perfect, developer‑ready outputs.
• Data‑driven mindset.
• Experience optimising funnels and running experiments.
• Curiosity or hands‑on exposure to crypto/Web3.
• Able to translate complexity into clarity.
• A “builder” mindset: proactive, fast, communicative, and relentless about quality.
• A design‑obsessed point of view
