About the role

Original posting from Navan

At Navan, “It’s all about the user. All of them.” We’re passionate about creating seamless, personalized travel experiences for business travelers around the globe.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Hotels for our Navan Edge team in Tel Aviv. Your mission is to build the next generation of hotel booking: a high-converting, personalized agentic experience that helps frequent business travelers find and book the right hotel with less effort.

You won’t just own hotel data or funnel metrics; you’ll design the intelligent conversation hotel experience behind Navan Edge, where AI understands traveler intent, applies personal preferences, compares options, explains trade-offs, and guides users from search to booking with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Hotels Product Experience: Lead the full hotel journey, from destination intent and search to hotel details, room selection, checkout, confirmation, and post-booking engagement.

Design Agentic Hotel Experiences: Build AI-driven workflows that help users search, compare, decide, and book hotels through a mix of conversation, recommendations, proactive suggestions, and UI components.

Drive Hotel Funnel Conversion: Identify friction points across the hotel funnel and define the roadmap to improve search-to-booking, availability-to-checkout, checkout completion, and repeat booking rates.

Improve Search, Ranking, and Personalization: Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams to improve hotel ranking, filters, recommendations, availability logic, and “why this hotel” explanations based on traveler intent, loyalty, price, amenities, business schedule, and past preferences.

Lead Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests across search results, hotel detail pages, room selection, checkout, rewards messaging, onboarding flows, and AI-assisted booking experiences.

Connect Hotels to the Full Trip Experience: Work across flights, restaurants, itinerary, calendar, Gmail sync, and proactive travel use cases to make hotels feel like part of one seamless business travel journey.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ Years of PM Experience: Proven experience building consumer, marketplace, travel, ecommerce, AI, or SaaS products.

Hotels Product Experience: Experience building hotel, lodging, travel marketplace, OTA, or business travel products is strongly preferred.

Agentic Product Thinking: You understand how AI can move beyond static recommendations into guided decision-making, autonomous workflows, proactive suggestions, and personalized task completion.

Strong Funnel Conversion Skills: Deep understanding of conversion optimization, user drop-off analysis, checkout flows, experimentation, and growth metrics.

Data-Driven Product Thinking: You are comfortable with funnel dashboards, cohort analysis, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and turning insights into roadmap decisions.

Strong Product Taste: You know what a great hotel shopping experience should feel like: fast, clear, trustworthy, personalized, and easy to complete.

Commercial Instincts: You understand how hotel product decisions affect conversion, margin, supplier performance, loyalty, and repeat usage.

Cross-Functional Leadership: You can align design, engineering, AI, data, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders around a clear product strategy.

The Traveler’s Heart: You understand the messy reality of business travel and want to make hotel booking feel effortless, reliable, and rewarding.
