We are searching for talented and passionate people who want to help shape the future of veterinary care.

About the Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing and scaling the platforms that power veterinary clinics and their pet parents. You will own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from defining strategy and roadmap to execution and post-launch optimization. You will drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and long-term platform scalability. You will monitor product performance and feedback, oversee robust quality assurance processes, and remove roadblocks that impact customer growth and retention. You will work closely with internal team members including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, data, design, and support. You will also build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, evaluating tradeoffs, and assessing strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with software products and services.

This isn’t just another product role—it’s an opportunity to shape the long-term strategy of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals. If you're passionate about solving meaningful challenges at scale, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact, we’d love to have you on board.

About Our Team

We’re a fast-moving team solving big challenges in an industry rapidly embracing technology. Our platform powers the day-to-day operations of veterinary clinics, from medical records to online shopping, but our mission goes beyond software—we’re creating a better, more efficient way for clinics to serve their patients

As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with engineers, onboarding specialists, and support teams to bridge the gap between product and users. Your insights will drive improvements, ensuring our platform evolves to meet the ever-changing needs of veterinary clinics and pet parents

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform, translating company goals and customer insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
  • Lead Complex Initiatives: Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.
  • Turn Feedback & Data into Action: Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize Product Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance trends, and lead initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support to align on requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
  • Elevate Product Documentation & Processes: Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and execution excellence.
  • Ensure High-Quality Delivery: Lead comprehensive QA processes, define acceptance criteria, and uphold a high bar for user experience and product reliability.
  • Mentor & Influence: Provide guidance to junior product managers and influence stakeholders across departments to foster strong product thinking throughout the organization.
  • Drive Go-to-Market & Enablement: Partner with internal teams to ensure successful launches, create training materials, and support feature adoption across customers and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas and demonstrated success delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business impact in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, lead discovery and experimentation efforts, and partner closely with engineering and design to ship scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong track record of setting long-term product vision, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments, and making principled tradeoffs aligned with company objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs, building business cases, leveraging experimentation frameworks, and using data analytics tools to inform prioritization and measure success.
  • Execution Excellence: Extensive experience writing detailed product requirement documents, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering complex launches with operational rigor.
