About the role:

We seek a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the digital experience and marketing technology platforms that support our global go-to-market organization. This role will lead strategy and execution across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets), workflow and intake platforms (Workfront and/or Asana), and a B2B Customer Data Platform (CDP).

This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Marketing, IT, Engineering, Data, Privacy, and Security teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and data-driven digital experiences.

How you’ll contribute 🛠️

✅ Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for digital experience and marketing platforms.

✅ Serve as Product Owner for AEM Assets, including governance, workflows, and global adoption.

✅ Lead optimization of workflow and intake processes using Workfront and/or Asana, continuously improving collaboration models.

✅ Drive strategy and enablement of a B2B Customer Data Platform (CDP), supporting identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.

✅ Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs, partnering with product, design, engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver outcomes.

✅ Ensure platforms are scalable, compliant, and well-integrated across the martech ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).

✅ Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, personalization impact, and business outcomes.

✅ Partner with data and experimentation teams to enable personalization and data-driven optimization, including A/B testing initiatives.

✅ Manage vendor relationships and influence platform roadmaps, particularly within the Adobe ecosystem.

✅ Facilitate alignment across product, design, engineering, data, and testing teams to drive efficient execution.

✅ Continuously assess and improve product workflows, documentation, and collaboration models.

This would make you the ideal candidate 🚀

✨ 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally across enterprise SaaS, martech, or digital platforms.

✨ Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) and familiarity with component-based CMS architectures.

✨ Experience with Workfront and/or Asana for intake, workflow, and approvals.

✨ Experience working with or owning a B2B Customer Data Platform (CDP).

✨ Proven experience leading initiatives across product, design, engineering, QA, and data teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

✨ Experience working with design systems and multidisciplinary digital product teams.

✨ Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✨ Data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics, measuring ROI, and supporting personalization or experimentation (A/B testing).

✨ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
