Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager on the Platform Team at First Digital, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our core platform capabilities, including the SmartTrust Client Portal, BackOffice systems, and emerging SaaS offerings. In addition, you will lead our blockchain- and Web3-native initiatives (like Stablecoin-as-a-Service, ScaaS, L1/L2 onboarding and non-EVM chain, e.g Solana, SUI integrations), ensuring First Digital remains at the forefront of digital asset innovation.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fintech infrastructure, emerging blockchain technology, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Business Development, and Product colleagues to execute roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and enhance our platform’s scalability, usability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform & Web3 Product Ownership
- Lead product strategy and roadmap execution for Web3 and blockchain-native services and Treasury solutions.
- Translate complex business and technical objectives into clear product deliverables that support platform scalability and innovation.
- Champion new platform components and enhancements that align with strategic goals and market needs.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Managers, helping elevate team capability and ownership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and BD to remove blockers and drive delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Web3 and blockchain within the broader Product and FD team.
Strategic Insight & Problem Solving
- Identify and evaluate new BD opportunities, partnerships, and integrations to expand our blockchain offering.
- Apply structured systems thinking to balance user needs, technical feasibility, compliance, and business value.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance to drive continual improvement and communicate impact to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on fintech platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital asset services.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, non-EVM chains and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
- Hands-on experience with platform or infrastructure products and complex operational workflows.
- Proven success in managing product roadmaps, delivering cross-functional projects, and navigating ambiguity.
- Comfortable interfacing with engineering and technical teams; able to evaluate system scalability and integrations.
