Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with internal and external teams to translate human-centered insights into product opportunities
Conducts qualitative and quantitative research to identify unmet needs affecting business owners
Develops data reporting solutions and conducts market research to support new product concepts
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Research, Actuarial, or similar fields
Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, data science, business, or a related field
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Business Intelligence
Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and Market Research
Familiarity with competitor analysis and business opportunity documentation
