Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and execute strategic programs within a dynamic, data-driven environment. This role requires strong program management expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employee engagement, surveys, and company culture initiatives, along with a proven ability to manage complex programs independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for moderate to complex initiatives
- Define program plans, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Work independently while providing direction across cross-functional teams
- Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain budget forecasts; analyze variances and recommend solutions
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and business insights using data analytics
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and program updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing new perspectives and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of program management or related experience
- Strong expertise in program planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employee engagement programs, surveys, and organizational culture initiatives
- Knowledge of energy or utilities industry
- Familiarity with customer-focused programs and energy efficiency initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead or manage cross-functional teams
Work Environment
- Hybrid work model (Oakland, CA)
- Primarily office-based with extensive use of computers and virtual collaboration tools
- Occasional travel may be required
- Company-issued laptop provided
