Senior Project Manager - Software Background

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion and ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied. You will also need to be able to manage a team of professionals and ensure excellent communication between team members and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring project completion on time.

Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders and clients

Managing project timelines, budgets and resources

Developing and managing project processes, standards and best practices

Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.

Managing project changes with minimal impact on timelines and budgets

Improving project delivery processes and methods.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, or a related field

5+ years of project management experience in software development or related industry

Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Experience managing project teams and resources.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
