About this Employer

A renowned developer with a well‑established property business in Hong Kong and overseas. Upon recent business expansion, the Group is looking for a Senior Property / Portfolio Manager to be responsible for the property management of the residential and commercial buildings portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Manage all property management and tenancy service work to Building Management Office operation and monitor all soft services (including cleaning service, pest control, and horticulture service)
• Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants. Take charge of meetings with Landlords/ Tenants/ Management Committee/ Owners Committee & All Owners i.e. AGM & EGM etc.
• Take overview and monitor the tendering work of service contracts for managed sites.
• Take charge of the financial management for managed buildings in respect of budget preparation, P&L control and review of financial statement etc.
• Take charge of the tenancy management in single owned commercial buildings & residential building, retail shops and individual residential units for new leasing, lease renewal, tenancy agreement preparation, rental collection and initiation of legal action against irregularities such as repossession and distress warrant etc.
• Acted as a Project Manager in relation to renovation and asset enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Holder of degree or equivalent qualification in Property or Facilities Management with at least 10 years' relevant experience.
• Holding a valid Property Management (Tier 1) License is preferred.
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Chinese Wordprocessing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
