We’re looking for experienced Senior QA Analytics Testers to support analytics and digital testing initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment. This role sits within Agile delivery teams and focuses heavily on validating web traffic and behavioral analytics implementations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute end‑to‑end QA testing for web and digital analytics implementations
- Validate Adobe Analytics tracking, data layers, and event tagging
- Upload, manage, and maintain functional test results using HP ALM (HP QC)
- Partner closely with developers, product owners, and analysts within Agile teams
- Ensure analytics data accuracy across multiple digital platforms and releases
- Document test cases, results, and defects using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within financial services or large enterprise environments
- Strong experience testing web traffic and behavioral analytics (Adobe Analytics)
- Hands‑on experience with HP ALM / HP QC for managing functional test results
- Solid Agile project delivery experience
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
- Experience testing tag management solutions (Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium)
- SQL or data validation experience for backend or reporting checks
- Exposure to A/B testing platforms or personalization tools
- Experience working on high‑traffic, customer‑facing digital platforms
- Background supporting multiple concurrent releases or programs
