Our client, a leading innovator in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in **Dallas, Texas, US**. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality control systems and procedures to meet stringent industry requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for all manufactured products. Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications. Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and instrumentation. Develop and deliver training programs for production and quality personnel on quality standards and procedures. Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure product design and manufacturing processes meet quality expectations. Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, test data, and non-conformance reports. Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in quality control. Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS). Manage external supplier quality and ensure incoming materials meet required standards. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100). Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques and tools. Experience with various inspection and testing methods, including CMM operation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. Proficiency in using quality control software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience in leading quality improvement projects. Certifications such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) are highly desirable.
