Quality Assurance Function at Production Partners Our Quality Assurance function is the guardian of our product integrity and process excellence. It ensures that every phase—from design and development through to manufacturing—adheres to stringent internal standards and external certifications (e.g., ISO). The team is responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement, managing risk, and fostering a company-wide culture of quality.

By ensuring consistency and compliance, QA protects our brand reputation and delivers on our promise of excellence to clients and consumers.

The Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quality System Engineer to lead, manage, and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you will be the owner and architect of our QMS framework, ensuring it not only meets compliance standards but also effectively supports our strategic goals. You will act as the primary authority on system-related quality matters, driving alignment and standardization across our global operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and the USA.

Duties and Essential Job Functions QMS Strategy & Compliance: Architect, implement, and continuously enhance the Quality Management System to ensure full alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.

Audit Leadership: Direct the full audit lifecycle—internal, supplier, and third-party—ensuring readiness, timely closure of findings, and certification continuity.

System Integration & Process Optimization: Partner cross-functionally to embed QMS requirements into core business processes, driving efficiency, consistency, and risk mitigation.

Supplier Quality Alignment: Collaborate with supply chain to align supplier quality practices with the enterprise QMS, ensuring standardized expectations and performance monitoring.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track key system performance indicators; analyze trends and present actionable insights to leadership.

Training & Culture Development: Lead QMS training initiatives to build organizational competence and embed a quality-first mindset across all levels.

Specific Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of quality assurance experience.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; experience with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or other industry-specific standards is a strong advantage.

Proven track record of leading and managing successful ISO certification and surveillance audits .

Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Proficient with QA software, and data analysis tools.
