Looking for a Senior Quality Engineers to support a large‑scale financial services platform. This is a hands‑on, automation‑focused role suited for professionals who enjoy owning quality end‑to‑end while working closely with Agile engineering teams.
You will play a key role in defining test strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across UI, API, and data layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead test strategy, planning, and execution from project inception to deployment
- Design, build, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium + Cucumber (Java)
- Develop and maintain API automation using Rest Assured / Karate
- Perform data validation using SQL queries (simple to complex)
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and offshore teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives
- Maintain automation code using Git/Maven and support CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation
- Strong hands‑on experience with Java‑based automation frameworks
- Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber/BDD for UI automation
- Solid experience in API testing (Rest Assured, Karate, Postman)
- Strong SQL skills for backend/data validation
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- Exposure to DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines
- Experience working with global or offshore teams
- Knowledge of Python or Hadoop (not mandatory)
