As a member of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will oversee quality engineering initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of software quality. In this Senior Manager role, you will lead substantial projects, innovate processes, and sustain operational excellence while engaging with senior-level clients to ensure project success. You will champion leading industry practices and mentor QA teams to boost their capabilities.

What You Must Have:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree, or if not held, equivalent training and progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

What Sets You Apart:

• A Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Computer and Information Science, or Computer Graphics is preferred.

• Certifications such as ISTQB or CSQA/CSQE are highly regarded.

• Strong comprehension of PwC Digital Quality Assurance Framework.

• Expertise in Agile test plans and requirements traceability.

• Proficient in QA Testing methodologies and tools.

• Experience with test automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of Performance Test Engineering.

• Proficiency in conducting Root Cause Analysis of production defects.

• Aptitude for managing QA environments and generating test data.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will be based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
