Collaboration Tools Integration Lead

Summary You will support ServiceNow IT with integration of acquired companies, focused on application rationalization and execution. This role drives decisions and execution for acquired tooling (keep / integrate / retire / replace) and program manages the execution of the integration, working across 3-4 acquisitions in parallel for ServiceNow's DT leadership. This role owns integration, migration, and decommissioning of collaboration and productivity platforms for acquisitions.

Must Have

• Senior PM / TPM / Delivery Lead experience
• Hands-on exposure to collaboration platforms (M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Has led tenant-to-tenant migrations, workspace consolidation, or major platform transitions
• Comfortable coordinating with IAM, Security, HR
• Able to work CST/PST with US stakeholders

Should Have

• Experience managing user impact and cutover risk
• Familiarity with identity/security approvals
• Experience running migrations under time pressure

Nice to Have (not required)

• Prior M&A or acquisition exposure
• Large global user-base migrations
