Key Responsibilities

Own strategic quantitative research initiatives, from scoping to synthesizing data and providing actionable recommendations

Utilize various research methods to embed quantitative insights throughout the product development lifecycle

Analyze complex data sources to build evidence-based perspectives that guide product decisions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in user research with a strong focus on quantitative methods

Extensive experience leading survey research across multiple phases of product development

Deep expertise in empirical survey methods and statistical analysis

Highly proficient in R for statistical programming and SQL for behavioral data manipulation

Experience in mixed methods and collaboration with qualitative researchers
