Senior Real Estate Analyst

NEW Senior Investment Associate/Manager opportunity with a long-time Seattle real estate leader. Work on a small, high-functioning real estate finance team, supporting acquisition, development, asset management, and disposition. Looking for 5+ years experience, BA in Finance or Business (or related) – source and structure deals (debt/equity), perform financial modeling, investment analysis, pro formas, market research, analyze JV structure, capital planning, underwriting, prepare investment memos, budgeting and forecasting, and a plethora of other real estate deal finance support functions. Looking for experience in commercial real estate, loan and deal origination and negotiation, experience with Argus. Comp range to $145K DOE + healthy bonus, great benefits. This is an onsite role in Seattle.
