Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Real Estate Analyst to join their dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona . This role is critical for evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the strategic decision-making process for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and excellent modeling skills.

Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth financial analysis of potential real estate investments, including valuation, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis. You will perform comprehensive market research, analyze demographic trends, and assess economic conditions to identify market opportunities and risks. This position requires the ability to develop sophisticated financial models for various property types, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will prepare detailed investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees. You will assist in due diligence processes, including reviewing property operating statements, leases, and legal documents. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners, such as brokers and lenders, will be integral to the role. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new investment strategies and contributing to portfolio growth. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CCIM) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real estate financial analysis, investment, or development. Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable sales, etc.), and market analysis. Strong understanding of real estate capital markets and investment principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Argus Enterprise is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
