As a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities across various property types, including commercial, multifamily, and industrial sectors. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, property valuation, and due diligence. You will prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, financial principles, and investment strategies. You will analyze property-level financial statements, lease agreements, and operational data to assess risk and potential returns. The ideal candidate possesses excellent quantitative skills, proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software, and a proven track record in real estate investment analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting findings and recommendations. Experience with Argus Enterprise or similar valuation software is highly desirable. You should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions and developments. Perform detailed financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, IRR, and ROI calculations. Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for various property types. Perform property valuations using various methodologies. Conduct due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, leases, and legal documents. Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for investment committee review. Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide recommendations for asset management. Stay abreast of real estate market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry participants. Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, or asset management. Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate market analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software (e.g., Argus Enterprise). Strong understanding of real estate capital markets and investment strategies. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
