Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is actively seeking a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their prestigious team in Miami, Florida, US . This role is integral to the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, requiring a robust financial acumen and in-depth market knowledge.

The Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, pro forma development, and sensitivity analysis for potential real estate investments. You will perform market research, analyze property data, and evaluate economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and risks. This position involves preparing detailed investment memorandums, conducting due diligence, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees. You will also monitor existing portfolio performance, track market trends, and assist in developing strategic asset management plans.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly for presenting investment proposals. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory, with advanced modeling capabilities. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise or similar property valuation software is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is required; a Master's degree (MBA, MSRED) is a significant advantage. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a related field is necessary.
