Job Description

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm specializing in high-value commercial properties, is seeking an accomplished Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead and optimize their growing portfolio. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage investments strategically from anywhere. The role demands a deep understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and asset management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic management and performance of a diverse real estate portfolio, including office, retail, and industrial properties. Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks. Develop and execute asset management plans to maximize property value and rental income. Manage lease negotiations, tenant relations, and property operations in collaboration with property managers. Monitor portfolio performance against strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare detailed financial reports, investment memos, and portfolio reviews for senior management and investors. Work closely with acquisitions and dispositions teams to execute strategic transactions. Develop and manage annual operating budgets for portfolio assets. Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, lenders, tenants, and other industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, portfolio management, or investment analysis. Proven track record of managing significant real estate portfolios and achieving investment objectives. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets, particularly in the Miami, Florida, US area and beyond. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in real estate investment software and tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a remote environment. Experience with various property types (office, retail, industrial) is essential. CFA or CCIM designation is a significant advantage.
