Our client, a premier real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio, is seeking an accomplished Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join their fully remote team. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing a significant segment of the company's real estate assets, driving value and performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in real estate asset management, financial analysis, and strategic planning, with a strong ability to manage complex portfolios from a distance.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize property value and investment returns. Monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing financial statements, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. Overseeing property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and capital improvements. Conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and potential risks. Managing relationships with brokers, property managers, lenders, and other third-party service providers. Evaluating and recommending acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets. Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Developing and managing annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans for assigned properties. Negotiating lease agreements and other real estate contracts. Providing strategic guidance on market positioning and property development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCIM, CPM) preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis. Proven track record of successfully managing diverse real estate portfolios. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment. Deep understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
