Senior Risk Adjustment Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Adjustment Informatics & Workflow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain risk adjustment workflows in compliance with CMS regulations and coding standards

Ensure audit readiness by developing documentation standards and identifying workflow gaps

Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to test and integrate workflows across various applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Over five years of relevant experience in a healthcare organization or similar environment

Extensive experience in risk adjustment coding operations and technology-enabled coding solutions

National coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT)

Strong background in managed care and regulatory compliance
