Senior Risk Management Manager

A company is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy and provide credible challenges to first line businesses

Conduct periodic Risk Assessments and support the execution of the Risk Committee charter and ERM policies

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and execute effective ERM strategies that align with business goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in enterprise-level risk governance, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience

Strong preference for experience in risk domain, model risk management, and the COSO framework within financial technology

Experience in key risk areas such as fraud, compliance, credit, and operational risk

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management frameworks

Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and enterprise risk management best practices
