A full Licensed Corporation, covering RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9, is looking for a Senior Risk Manager handling risk & control function.
Responsibilities:
- Handle risk management related issues covering securities, futures and asset management
- Measure and monitor risks portfolios, include but not limited to investment, liquidity and counterparty risks
- Review and update on risk management policies and procedures
- Ensure the internal control policies and business activities procedures are complied with the Hong Kong laws included SFC codes and guidelines
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Risk Management, Risk Control or Finance relevant discipline
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA and FRM
- 5-7 years of related working experience in risk management in financial services industry
- Knowledge and experience in handling Margin Trading related is must
- Hands-on experience in risk management development
- Knowledge in fund management and financial product operations in SFC regulated activities, candidate with experience in fund companies, asset management companies, securities companies are preferred
- Excellent communication skills at both spoken and written in English and Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
