Key Responsibilities
Standardize renewal journeys by designing and implementing automated renewal paths
Systematize risk workflows to achieve proactive risk identification prior to renewals
Manage renewal planning rhythms and improve forecasting predictability for renewals
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Risk Management in an Enterprise SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to translate complex commercial policies into streamlined system workflows
Strong understanding of SaaS contract mechanics
Ability to leverage retention data for diagnosing root causes of cancellations and downgrades
Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales
