Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Robotics / Autonomy Engineer to design, build, and deploy real-world AI systems for sensor and edge-compute environments.
This role is focused on practical implementation and deployment rather than research. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working with real hardware, imperfect data, and constrained systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sensor stacks including LiDAR, cameras, CAN bus, and edge systems
- Build low-latency AI pipelines for real-time processing
- Integrate AI systems with autonomous platforms and heavy machinery
- Enable efficient data collection, filtering, and transmission using 5G or Wi-Fi
- Improve and maintain data pipelines for model training
- Support workflows for reinforcement learning and imitation learning
- Conduct onsite testing, debugging, and system optimization
- Deliver high-quality solutions within tight timelines
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Robotics or Autonomy AI development
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
Hands-on Experience With
- LiDAR

Practical Experience In
- Autonomous vehicles
