Job Summary:

The Senior Robotics Project Engineer will support the execution and delivery of robotics and automation initiatives across multiple sites. This role focuses on deploying robotic solutions in manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory environments while ensuring alignment with operational goals and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of robotics projects across multiple locations, including planning, implementation, and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project success
  • Translate operational needs into effective robotic and automation solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships including selection, procurement, and performance evaluation
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership including troubleshooting and solution deployment
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new robotics technologies and applications
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including risk assessments and compliance records
  • Identify opportunities for future automation initiatives and contribute to long-term strategy
  • Travel as needed to support multi-site project execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Strong experience in robotics, automation, or applications engineering
  • Hands-on experience with robotics platforms such as KUKA, FANUC, ABB, UR, MiR, or similar
  • Experience deploying robotics solutions in manufacturing, logistics, or laboratory environments
  • Knowledge of project documentation, risk management, and compliance practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical devices
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and validation processes
  • Experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ validation methodologies
  • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments

Pay Range: $60/hr to $62/hr
