Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 per annum + 15% bonus per year, plus a 15% annual bonus for eligible positions

Role And Responsibilities

Step into a senior technical role where you’ll shape the future of automation! You’ll:

• Design, build, and optimize complex cloud and hybrid systems, collaborating with top architects and teams.
• Lead build and deployment processes, crafting automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to deliver flawless solutions.
• Mentor colleagues, drive innovation, and influence stakeholders with clear, impactful communication.
• Troubleshoot challenges, enhance system security, and document processes to empower operational success.
• Explore emerging technologies to unlock new business opportunities and solve real-world problems.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 4–7 years in IT infrastructure or application design (or 7+ years without a degree), with a passion for automation and cloud computing.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, .NET, or similar; expertise with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism); mastery of Git and build automation.
• Key Abilities: Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and the knack for explaining tech to non-tech audiences.
• Preferred: UiPath Advanced Automation Certification, 2–5 years of RPA development, and experience with cloud security and change management.
