ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to own the end-to-end execution and administration of Socure’s sales compensation programs.
This role is critical to ensuring that compensation is accurate, timely, scalable, and trusted across the organization. You will serve as the operational backbone of our comp function—owning day-to-day administration while partnering cross-functionally to support plan design, modeling, and continuous improvement.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business logic, and who takes pride in building clean, reliable processes in a high-growth environment.
