Senior SCADA Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior SCADA Engineer - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Ignition based SCADA systems and associated platforms

Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, RTUs, and other related equipment while supporting day-to-day SCADA and controls tasks

Provide technical support, respond to complex work orders, and maintain detailed documentation of development processes and system configurations

Required Qualifications

Minimum BA/BS in a related field; electrical engineering degree preferred

5+ years of related industry experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector

Expertise in designing and maintaining plant control systems using SCADA and PLC platforms

Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition and knowledge of industrial communication protocols

Programming experience in Python, IEC 61131-3, C, C++, or C#
