Design and develop bioinformatics analysis processes for protein structure prediction or protein-protein docking.
Participate in experimental design and data analysis for research projects.
Work closely with the R&D team to identify problems that bioinformatics can solve and provide technical support.
Participate in the management and maintenance of the company's database and bioinformatics platform.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of analysis results.
Write and publish relevant research results and reports.
Conduct research on new technologies and make suggestions for optimization.
Requirements
PhD degree in Structure Biology, Computational Biology, or related fields.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in protein structure prediction and protein docking.
Proficiency in protein structure analysis tools such as RFdiffusion, AlphaFold, Rosetta, etc.
Strong experience in analysing and interpreting data on protein structure.
Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills, with a sense of teamwork and service.
Possess strong independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Diligent, passionate about research, meticulous, patient, and responsible.
Machine learning skills are a plus.
