Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Ambr15 and Ambr250 bioreactor systems
• Extensive knowledge of cell culture techniques, especially CHO cells
• Strong expertise in laboratory operations, including equipment preparation, calibration, and safety protocols
• Competency in preparing media, feeds, buffers, and reagents
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate scientific concepts clearly
• Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve project milestones

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CLC, analytics, and laboratory data analysis tools
• Familiarity with cGMP practices and good laboratory practices (GLP)
• Knowledge of external equipment servicing and project documentation peer review

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
• Several years of hands-on laboratory and bioprocessing experience, particularly in a research or development environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work primarily on-site in Slough, UK, with potential hybrid flexibility
• Willingness to engage in cross-functional collaboration and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
