Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core applications and APIs for trading and brokerage systems.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with system analysts, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure system quality and stability.
• Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and assist in code reviews.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of solid software development experience.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, including:
• ASP.NET / C# for web and backend services
• Java for enterprise application development
• Swift for iOS app development
• R for data analytics or quantitative modeling
• MSSQL / MySQL for database design and optimization
• Experience in system integration, API design, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud preferred).
• Good understanding of software architecture, microservices, and secure coding practices.
• Familiar with financial or trading systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
