You will work across backend and frontend on systems that power freight brokerage operations—from Python and Django services and PostgreSQL to the TypeScript and React web application—shipping end-to-end features, hardening reliability, and partnering with product on real customer and revenue problems. We want someone who thrives in large, evolving codebases, cares about performance, migrations, and operational quality, and can lead technical initiatives across multiple services while mentoring others through design and code review.
