Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer with a background in mechanical assembly, metal joining and machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing plans and processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in production. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, working collaboratively with teammates and suppliers to address and resolve issues, drive continuous improvements, and uphold our stringent quality standards.
This role requires complete ownership of the manufacturing process from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is highly invested in the processes they oversee and genuinely enjoys getting hands-on with the product. The ideal candidate thrives on the shop floor, takes personal ownership of their manufacturing processes, and finds satisfaction in directly engaging with the hardware and production teams to solve real-world challenges. You must deeply understand not just how to manufacture the product, but the product itself its design intent, functionality, and critical features to effectively translate engineering requirements into successful production outcomes.
