We are excited to seek a Senior Static Mechanical Engineer to join our Jafurah Gas Plant Engineering Division. This role will be pivotal in the operation and improvement of our facilities, focusing on the processing of feed gas to produce Sales Gas, Condensate, and C2+NGL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize operations.
• Provide technical direction and support to design contractors both in the Kingdom and internationally.
• Develop strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs.
• Lead engineering teams in the everyday operations of existing plant systems.
• Participate in reviewing standards that enhance safety and efficiency across the facilities.
• Guide the development of standards to ensure practical benefits in operations and maintenance.
• Conduct management of change (MOC) processes.
• Monitor and verify system operations following implementation of modifications.
• Support operations and maintenance teams with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to static equipment and piping.
• Oversee static and piping engineering tasks including studies and design modifications.
• Review new project proposals and design packages to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Prepare engineering design packages for modifications, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Perform and review stress analysis for piping systems.
• Ensure proper material selection for piping and flanges.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in Static equipment.
• 10-15 years of experience in Static Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in engineering and design principles pertaining to static and piping engineering.
• Experience or certification in CAESAR II software is mandatory.
• Thorough knowledge of industry standards and procedures, including API and ASME codes, for effective project review and implementation.
• Ability to provide technical support to maintain asset integrity and reliability of diverse piping and static equipment.
