Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, delivery, and monitoring of Mosaic-related workstreams within the Families First Programme
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across data, systems and service redesign while maintaining clear project documentation, including the risk log, change control, milestones and timelines, and coordinating with programme leads to ensure alignment with the wider transformation plan
- Translate redesigned practice models and operational requirements into clear system specifications
- Design and configure Mosaic workflows, forms and templates to support Family Help and safeguarding pathways
- Build, test and implement system changes directly within Mosaic, ensuring functionality aligns with practice expectations
- Ensure system changes improve usability, reduce complexity and support frontline practice
- Convert practice requirements into technical system workflows and data structures
- Advise on how practice intent can be best represented within Mosaic's functionality and constraints
- Ensure the system supports safe, quality practice and enables effective decision-making
- Build reports and dashboards that track performance, workflow activity and demand using Mosaic reporting tools
- Translate data into meaningful insights that inform service decision-making and programme evaluation
- Develop automated and repeatable reporting routines where possible as well as ensuring data quality, consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs
- Engage frontline teams, managers, system administrators, data analysts and IT colleagues, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements, test concepts and build shared understanding
- Act as a bridge between practice, operational services and technical teams, ensuring alignment, and communicate system changes clearly and effectively across all children's services
- Produce clear guidance, training materials and reference documentation, and deliver training sessions with hands-on support to ensure staff can adopt new processes confidently
- Support the operational rollout of system and reporting changes across services and help build organisational readiness ahead of each implementation phase
