• Proven experience as a Senior Systems and Data Analyst
• Strong expertise in the Mosaic Casework Management System
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to inform business analysis and service improvement
• Experience in organizational transformation initiatives
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead the reconfiguration of the Mosaic Casework Management System
• Develop insightful data reports to inform business analysis
• Support the evaluation of childrens services and workflows
• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve outcomes for children and families
• Operate in a hybrid working environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks
