We are looking for talented folks who:

Have 5+ years of technical Business Analyst experience, preferably in a SaaS environment 

Have the proven ability to become a subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement for our clients

Excel at digging into the root cause of problems and finding unique solutions to optimize processes

Want to know why things work the way they do and excel at explaining things with the right amount of detail

Are excellent communicators with the spoken and written word.

Love to collaborate within a team environment, provide mentorship, and build long-term relationships

Maintain strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

There is some travel required to meet face-to-face with clients and colleagues: applicants should be comfortable with approximately 15% travel.
