Our client is looking for a seasoned Trade Systems Analyst, this role sits at the intersection of business, architecture and engineering, translating complex trade and supply chain financing requirements into robust, scalable integrations across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver end-to-end system integrations across trade finance, supply chain finance, and FX-related workflows
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions (APIs, batch, real-time interfaces)
- Own interface design documentation — from conceptual architecture to detailed specs
- Partner closely with architects, application teams, and business stakeholders to shape solution design
- Ensure integrations meet performance, volume, and SLA expectations in a high-throughput environment
- Support testing teams with clear scenarios, validation logic, and configuration guidance
- Act as a go-to SME during production incidents, diagnosing integration and system-level issues
- Continuously refine and maintain integration and application knowledge base
What You'll Bring:
- At least 6 years in a Systems Analyst / Technical BA role within banking/FS.
- Strong domain experience in: Trade finance, Supply chain finance, FX flows linked to trade products
- Solid understanding of functional process flows in corporate banking
- Hands-on experience with:
- API integrations (internal & external/Open APIs)
- Multiple integration patterns (real-time, batch, messaging, etc.)
- Security considerations for external-facing APIs
- Comfortable working across hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
- Strong ability to troubleshoot across testing and production, with clear judgement on severity and business impact
- Familiar with SDLC and Agile delivery models
