Compensation: Up to $600k base + RSUs (Total Compensation ~ $1.25 - 2M)

The Opportunity: As the Senior Vice President of Data Engineering, you will design and manage the data backbone that powers one of the world's most advanced physical AI platforms. Your Background:

• Extensive experience in leadership roles within engineering.
• Proven track record in building platforms that perform under extreme conditions, with a focus on high throughput, low latency, and zero tolerance for failure.
• A successful leader who has effectively scaled data engineering teams into the hundreds while maintaining both speed and technical excellence.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including streaming systems, distributed storage, real-time processing, and machine learning infrastructure.
• Expertise in operating at the intersection of software, hardware, and AI.
