What You'll Do:

Architect & Configure: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, with a primary focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.

Data Migration Lead: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Workday EIBs, managing high-volume data uploads, mass updates, and complex data transformations with surgical precision.

Full-Suite Optimization: Support and enhance the broader Workday ecosystem, including Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM.

Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, prioritizing the People Systems roadmap for global impact.

Advanced Analytics: Build and maintain complex Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports, and Dashboards to provide the leadership team with real-time, actionable data insights.

Troubleshoot & Resolve: Serve as a subject matter expert for complex system issues, ensuring seamless performance and data flow across all integrations.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
