Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for those with a passion for consumer electronics and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
• Address product inquiries, technical issues, warranty claims, and complaints from customers, distributors, dealers, and e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze in-warranty claims and compile F-Cost reports.
• Identify and report quality issues and abnormal defects to the factory; implement corrective actions with warehouses and distributors.
• Develop training materials, technical procedures, service manuals, and part guides for distribution.
• Manage defective unit exchanges and follow up on repairs before returning them to the warehouse.
• Oversee COC renewals and handle WELS testing and registration for new products.
• Collaborate with distributors to conduct field tests for new product releases.
• Assist in establishing service management and service center operations for local and export markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in consumer electronics after-sales management.
• Strong technical knowledge of home appliances and audio-visual products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
