Data Product Manager

Location: Orange County (3 days per week onsite is required)

What You’ll Do

  • Define the rules, logic, and governance in role
  • Build and own the customer data product portfolio
  • Define data architecture
  • Own the data governance

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of data product management or analytics engineering experience
  • Fluent in Snowflake
  • Prior data governance and data contracts experience
  • Strong executive presence

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom invests in benefits such as meaningful time off, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with match, health, dental, and vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, disability insurance, a yearly $350 reimbursement account for well‑being related expenses, and discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.

The targeted hourly pay range is $60/hr to $90/hr. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location and other factors.
