Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain).

• Write clean, well-documented, and auditable Solidity code following best practices and industry standards.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts using frameworks like Hardhat or Truffle.

• Perform security audits and implement measures to protect against common vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, front-running).

• Collaborate with front-end developers, back-end engineers, and product managers to integrate smart contracts with dApps and other systems.

• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools to enhance development processes.

• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the freelance community.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively as an independent contractor.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain development, specifically with smart contracts.

• Expertise in Solidity and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and decentralized systems.

• Proficiency with development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js, or Ethers.js.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
