Job Title: SME/Analyst - Agile Scrum (SAFe) - Cap Markets Mandatory
Location- The position is based in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.
Candidates located in these areas are expected to be onsite 2–3 days per week; candidates outside these locations may work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum Hands-on exp of 8+ years managing projects
- Experience in Shield Financial Compliance. Hands-on experience with Shield systems, especially in the area of Financial Compliance.
- Experience in migrating from Bloomberg vault to this Shield platform
- Experience in shield communications and surveillance and shield software experience ( shield platform) and not shield salesforce experience
- Experience of managing projects in Financial Services – Cap Markets is necessary
- Good communication skills
- Should have experience with PM/SM activities including but not limited to – managing scope, cost/budget, schedule, risks on project, stakeholder management
- Experience with creating status and progress reports and metrics around schedule & effort variance, defect management, quality, etc.
- Experience of performing Change Management & Control for Agile projects
- PMP or Prince2 certification is added advantage
