Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Automation Engineer to join our rapid-response build team. In this role, you will work alongside senior leadership to build, test, and deploy automated workflows that eliminate manual tasks for our operations teams. You will serve as the primary builder for tactical automations, translating approved process designs into reliable bots using Microsoft Power Automate and lightweight AI solutions . Key Responsibilities Bot Development: Develop, configure, and test automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate based on provided technical specifications. AI Implementation: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to handle text processing. Replace traditional regex or string manipulation with effective AI prompting to clean and extract data from enrollment forms and provider communications. Process Scouting: Identify new automation opportunities by collaborating with clinical, enrollment, and provider teams to flag repetitive, high-volume, rule-based tasks. Maintenance & Support: Monitor the daily health of active bots. Troubleshoot failed runs, resolve broken selectors following application updates, and ensure high uptime for production environments. Testing & QA: Conduct rigorous Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure bots handle edge cases, missing data, and system timeouts. Documentation: Author clear Runbooks and Process Definition Documents (PDD) to ensure solutions are easily supported by the broader IT organization. Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. General Experience: 5+ years in Software Development or Data Engineering with a focus on ETL and automated workflows. Power Platform Expertise: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop). Data & Integration: 3+ years of experience with SQL databases, NoSQL environments, and complex API integrations (REST/SOAP), preferably within a healthcare context. AI/LLM Familiarity: Ability to use LLMs to write effective prompts for extracting or formatting data within an automation flow. Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows (Desktop flows a plus). Experience working with SharePoint lists and libraries. Compliance: Familiarity with healthcare data privacy (HIPAA) and handling sensitive information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
