Software Development Engineer, Transform for VMware 💰 Salary: $168,000 - 400,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficient in at least one programming language with 5+ years of usage
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability
• Proven experience as a mentor, technical lead, or in a leadership role within an engineering team
• Experience overseeing the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations (5+ years) preferred
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is a plus

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Lead the design and development of our agentic AI solution aimed at migrating VMware environments to AWS
• Review and provide feedback on the designs of other team members
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs
• Innovate quickly to deliver high-quality and impactful features
• Assist in coaching team members to enhance overall code quality
• Tackle complex operational challenges and contribute to the evolution of web applications
