What You Will Be Doing:

In this role, you will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering the Operations and Maintenance of our build products. You will be responsible for the following:

Designing our O&M structure, processes, and plans to support the business areas

Guiding the maintenance of our SAP S4 solution for the Production Operations

Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives

Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs

Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts

Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users' needs

Ensuring functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable

Clearly expressing Product Backlog items with the team

Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and mission

Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs

Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work next

Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed

Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

Basic Qualifications

Experience with or exposure to SAP Finance Modules Finance, and/or Controlling (FICO)

Experience with or exposure to integrating SAP modules capabilities and master data - Project Systems, Supply Chain, Material Cost Management, Billing, Tax

Past experience supporting a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system modernization project and subsequent sustainment efforts

Demonstrated ability to implement transformational projects, leveraging best practices and sharing assets

Experience working with Service Central/ServiceNow

Desired Skills

Exposure to additional integrating software such as Vertex, Blackline, Oracle EPM

Demonstrated proficient Accounting Process Knowledge

Demonstrated experience with Software Development Life Cycle

Formal Agile project management experience or certifications including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent portfolio management practices

Existing experience with budgeting and executing projects using formal Earned Value Management techniques

Experience or exposure to Atlassian Jira and Confluence

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
